      Pros

      - Work Culture, Flexibility to lead the work your own way. - Professional and Efficient peers to learn from. - Cooperate with you in balancing your professional and personal life.

      Cons

      - Growth is relatively slow. - If stayed for long might give others an impression of you being a Database person which you might not be in reality.

      Pros

      - great resources, training materials, demo drives etc. - good network to reach out to in cases of issues/difficult problems - good product and product support (oracle support)

      Cons

      - very little pay increases, and a complete disregard for raises even after good performance years - a very minimal bonus plan - management from my personal experience has been incompetent with regards to my area and usually takes 2 or 3 tries to get something through or completed.

      There are no place at SW industry with the more complete and interesting group of Tech solutions... it is a very good place to acquire knowledge

      Cons

      "meritocracy" is a concept very difficult to explain and the people very busy doing nothing
