Pros
- work comfort - Good perks. - No killing rat race you may find in certain service based organisations. - Very professional organisation. - Oracle has certain brand value, and it certainly lives upto it. - great org for managers.
Cons
- Fun at work is literally absent. - This is more mature organisation so if you have just came out from college to join here, you will find it less in energy/boring. - Growth, literally none. You can opt to sit on same chair for ages. - managers have too much power at hand.
