Flexible with your time, and depending on your manager they can be pretty hands off Everyone knows them, so there isn't an "education" aspect needed to explain the role Leader in the space Team events are good

Not a lot of communication from top down Growth can be uncertain, as they change a lot of things every year, so a lot of restructuring occurs A lot of customers have a bad taste in their mouth from sales tactics and having many different AEs and AMs reach out
