      Stable company, large enough to get lost in, benefits

      Cons

      Engineering quality is not valued Personal development is not valued Engineers have little or not input into decision making Managers micromanage New groups are routinely formed by picking engineers from unrelated groups without consultation or input from the engineers Applicants to vacant positions are of very poor quality

      Pros

      Great work environment, great work-life balance, can work from home, no overtime, low pressure, teammates are usually great, lots of different opportunities to work with multiple technologies and products, offers a lot to learn.

      Cons

      Pay is usually way bellow market average, health benefits are very good but expensive, hardly any cash bonus, no stock units (only options), HR is almost useless.
