Pros

Great benefits, good people. You can make some great money here. A great place to add to your resume

Cons

This place is a corporate machine. It will chew you up and spit you out. Little care for the customer and 100% focus on making the sale regardless if it's right for the customer. No hand-holding and very little training. There is very little attention given to creating a good culture or ensuring employees are treated fairly.

- Benefits are above average - Compared to peer companies, pay is decent, but recent stock price runups put it in the realm of good - Fellow ICs are supportive and frequently help one another

Cons

- Managers and culture are toxic - Developer infrastructure is 10+ years behind peer companies - Pay is not enough given the frustrations, pain, and mismanagement of the workplace - Established projects have bad on call burden, but that's a cakewalk compared to the extreme pressure of shoddy, deadline-driven development for the sake of a splashy announcement to boost the stock price - Work-life balance is non-existent - Promises to fix technical debt are largely empty

good coworkers, benefits, remote work

Cons

leadership breaks promises and lies very frequently, does not value you, does not give any significant raises (unless you leave the company and then come back), does not provide stability or realistic opportunities to be promoted. if you work hard and hit your goals, be prepared to take on more responsibility with nothing in return other than pats on the back. high turnover rate speaks for itself
