Compensation structure seems shady The responsibilities for this role used to be separated out for four different people and now has been condensed for one rep - the burnout is real. I feel the base salary doesn’t compensate for the responsibilities we have. Majority of this role is auditing your accounts. Quota doesn’t differentiate between industries which is unrealistic Little to no training but the expectation you know everything - be prepared to learn a lot of legal jargon and contract terms
