great benefits, good salary, and flexible in the sense that you can select where and when to work your 60 hour weeks

Cons

zero life/work balance. Some of the worst managers I've ever encountered.

Talented/Knowledgeable engineers, good start for college grads , decent benefits, work/life balance

Cons

Salary is below market with no hikes/increments (for years). In some groups promotions are given with no salary increment. Only few groups know what bonus is, majority employees (engineers, not management) only know how to spell bonus but have not really got one for years though the company makes a net profit in billions.
