Cons
In no particular order 1. Salary is flat. You can go years between raises, if you get one at all. 2. Very little opportunity for career growth within the company. Good career growth if you take what you've learned working here and use it to get hired somewhere else. 3. Support organization lost work at home option. No more remote workers allowed. Maybe individual managers might allow it a few days a week, but no more full time work at home. 4. Lack of transparency - upper management makes a major change that affects an entire organization and it's only communicated to people by word of mouth from their managers. Nothing official ever communicated to the affected staff. 5. No investment in their staff, choosing instead to acquire companies and pay facilities to house people who were working effectively from their homes.
