Business Outlook
Pros
Insurance benefits are outstanding, especially if you have kids. Almost no out of pocket. Unlimited vacation which you are encouraged to use. Also, most divisions have been fully remote for years.
Cons
Pay is not competitive. Annual pay increases are extremely rare and is the biggest reason people leave Oracle. You should assume that your starting salary will be your pay for at least 5 years if not longer.
