      Excellent Benefits, a lot of good people to work with.

      Cons

      not great at information sharing. They don't see the need to adjust salaries if your promoted to management.

      Pros

      Highly professional work place, surrounded with dedicated and successful people, growing and stable company, challenging work and generally easy going management styles as long as work is performed.

      Cons

      The work day and work week sometimes have no ending. Pay is good but not as good as the pay at other comparable companies. Due to size of the company the internal bureaucracy can be stifling. People in lower positions can be difficult to work with because at times they exhibit more of a robotic mindset instead of thinking outside of the box to match a dynamic situation.
