      NetSuite is a very good company...until it was acquired by Oracle

      Pros

      I've been with NetSuite for 6 years (even before Oracle acquired NetSuite) - High HMO benefits - High starting salary - Good working environment - Managers are approachable - Flexible hours - Work from home

      Cons

      - Employees started to lose good benefits (such as bonuses/rewards, no budgets for team buildings for some teams, exciting and expensive raffle prizes on parties)and perks after being acquired by Oracle. - There is no difference between annual increase and promotion increase - Upper management has continuously changes in some department
