      Good work-life balance, but ....

      Pros

      Great place for people who need the 'work from home' option, and a light work load (except on release/production support days.

      Cons

      Hikes are pretty bad (non existent rather) for folks in certain divisions, and growth career-wise too isn't much to write about. I know blokes who have been sitting on the same chairs for over 10 years!
