Pay is below average. constant repairs to 30+ year old equipment that they never want to replace with anything that's more efficient.

Cons

90 day temporary employee status, management does not communicate well and gets easily frustrated, lack of education, very "cliqueish" type atmosphere, as almost all the employees are friends and family of the manager.
