Pros

Friendly workplace, everyone is kind. They have well-structured departments for leadership and have open communication. There were many jobs available within the university. It was not bureaucratic to find a job

Cons

Since this was a work-study position, pay was low. Hopefully, in the future pay will increase for some positions available for students within the university
