Pros

If you are starting your career good place to get experience.

Cons

Focused solely on profit. Senior management will say they are focusing on people but they don't. Pay is not great. Some people get bonuses added into their package and some do not. Lack of training for the employees. New ideas are not welcomed if they do not align with Group Level. Sometimes you can feel left out. Many people left the business in 2021.
