Abusive culture and long hours

Good Benefits, Continued Education, and Free Coffee

Cons

This was one of the worst companies that I have ever worked for. We worked extremely long hours in finance, which often included weekends, with no additional pay. However, the rest of the company did get extra pay for weekend work. Additionally, we were verbally abused often in front of other employees if there was one small mistake made or if we disagreed with time frames for work.

Pros

- Great place to gain skills and get a foothold in the industry. - Opportunities to learn and move within the company.

Cons

- Salaries were frozen in 2020 during the pandemic and have not been keeping up with the industry since then. Meanwhile they boast record profits while their employees struggle with horrendous pay. - The company has experienced massive staff turnover over the last 2 years and a lot of positions have not been replaced so you're often expected to take on multiple roles at once.

Cons

Company is too structured and moving from one role to another is difficult. Being creative is out of the question. Too many company policies and guidelines to follow.
