Pros
Some staff are friendly. Some clients are friendly. It can be a cushy job since many clients can't move themselves.
Cons
Some clients are dangerous and scary. One often groped me and administrative staff did nothing. They ignored me. I have been struck by clients, and basically been told I had to take it or lose my job. There is little career advancement, and the pay and benefits are horrible. Go to Prolex, Signal Centers, Siskin, ResCare or some other agency. Avoid this place, unless you want a headache and heartache.
