Relaxed environment although you must be alert at all times. Clients can vary in condition but overall they are fun to deal with

Team of Coordinators and Directors are fun to be around sometimes.

Cons

Micro Management and behind closed doors decisions that are unethical. Working sometimes up to 158 hours every two weeks and not getting paid over time.

Don't pay enough. Treat the individuals as just a way to get money. Even in bad weather they expect employees and individuals to work.
