      My particular schedule offers flexibility. Good paid time off, good work life balance. Ability to transition to PRN. Ability to change depts. if your job isn't a good fit.

      Cons

      It may depend on your dept. what your experience is. You have to be aware and ask questions before committing. Benefits are expensive.
