      You get attached to some of the individuals

      Cons

      Don't pay enough. Treat the individuals as just a way to get money. Even in bad weather they expect employees and individuals to work.

      Pros

      The pay was more than minimum wage, I worked third so it was more laid back and gave me time to do my duties. At first I enjoyed third shift because it gave me time with my family.

      Cons

      Third shift took a toll on me, no where to work first except at the center for 8 an hour

      Pros

      Great place to work. Great location. Supervised direct staff and serviced 4 male clients in a residential setting.

      Cons

      Staffing was always an issue especially with 12 hour shifts. As assistant manager I often had to fill in for direct care workers and perform management tasks as well.
