Pros

Working with people with disabilities is an extremely rewarding job for everyone involved, and the satisfaction is ever-present and is seen on the faces of all of those you take care of.

Cons

It is not a job for everyone. That said, Orange Grove hires anyone and puts very unqualified people into management positions. The company as a whole is very disorganized and poorly managed. There is no room for advancement and you will never get a raise. There is no tuition reimbursement as there are at most other companies like it that I have worked for, and I've been in this field for more than a decade.
