Pros

The hours are good and the health insurance is good. People are friendly and they care about the students.

Cons

The pay is awful, just above minimum wage, and there is no reasonable pay increase. Cannot even pay the bills with how little you make.

Pros

So much fun interacting with all different kinds of students. Fun, fast learning environment. Really pushes you to your limits in a great way!

Cons

Not that much training offered initially, more of a learn as you go.

Pros

All of the teachers I worked with were excellent with teaching me the ropes of the profession and were great with the students, too.

Cons

The only downsides to working there were that it seemed a little hectic with who does what. I got the job expecting one job, but that position was actually already taken so I was moved to a similar job in the same classroom.
