Pros

Health benefits, co-pays are $15.00. Days off, paid holidays and snow days. Most of the time you get out between 2 and 3 pm.

Cons

Salary is low. Unless you have a teaching certificate, you cannot get your student loans forgiven. You must have your degree in education.
