      No upward mobility, "hater" culture based on a ranking system that pits peer against peer, detached management, siloed structure, exhausting political games, poor pay unless you're a manager

      Great work environment. Casual atmosphere, respectful of employees. Good recognition of effort and accomplishments.

      Cons

      Went through several process management methodologies before settling on the right one - Agile. Heavily matrixed organization makes it difficult to pull off large projects quickly.
