      Pros

      Exciting Industry and potential opportunities. Staff Travel benefits are great and the technology is cutting edge. Opportunity to become the world.

      Cons

      Poor Management with bad communication skills. Fragmented approach means that quality is forgone because the end results needs to be delivered at "Internet Speed"

      Pros

      Young and sometimes fun work atmosphere. You also get the opportunity to work with some really cool and fun technology. There is also a casual and sometimes relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Nontechnical Management that is often times out of touch with reality and makes decisions that negatively impact the employees and the company. They also tend not to listen their engineers that are the experts and are doing the work.

      Pros

      Orbitz has a young, fairly fun work atmosphere and is in a great location. The hours are pretty good, as is the pay.

      Cons

      Despite the good company culture, there were lots of cuts and management had no clue as to who was doing what and how. Myself and my team received little or no feedback good bad or otherwise.
