Pros

Working with smart people. Fast carrier development for the talented. Innovation driven company. Competitive salaries. Flexible working environment. Working with teams from around the world.

Cons

Hard to stand-out unless in high-vis area. Relatively slow carrier development for the non-genius-hard-working types. Living in chicago is great for 6 months a year.

Pros

Great building and work environment. Fellow employees living the environment up. Fun workplace with awesome amenities. Orbitz is phenomenal at allowing the average worker balance their work and personal lives.

Cons

The free pop/coffee no where near makes up for the poor salary adjustments awarded to people that started their careers at Orbitz. Management has kept employees with poor work skills around while those that actually ran the gears in the background were allowed to walk out the door.

Pros

Small teams allow for a more tight-knit feel. The company is fairly young and energetic and morale seemed high. The culture was very relaxed. Everyone seemed to really care about the success of the company. Very horizontal culture, management was easily approachable and seen.

Cons

I personally felt the work was a little too slow, but that may have only been because I was an intern. I would've liked to tackle more challenging tasks and be more involved with the meaty parts of the business.
