      Pros

      Professional and technological company. Senior management is professional, and so does seem to be the higher management. Atmosphere is very pleasant. Pretty big and stable company.

      Cons

      In Israel, rather small office (around 30 people). Harsh leasing terms. No 10Bis (or other of the kind)

      Pros

      The environment at Orbitz is full of good will, energy and collaboration. A diverse workforce makes it interesting. An Agile process makes it fast and fun.

      Cons

      Because the company is still migrating to the new global platform, after five years of work, not all the cool new features we want to build can be built, due to resource constraints. It's a constant strain to keep people motivated while shooting down many of their excellent contributions, saying "we'll build it later, after migration".

      Pros

      I really do enjoy working at Orbitz. The people are smart, and the work atmosphere is very laid back (depending on what team you are assigned to).

      Cons

      Some of the people are over the top with their tenacity. Also, some of the workstations developers receive are slightly slow for the tasks we're asked to do.
