      Pros

      OWW is a great place to work if you have talent, drive and value teamwork. We are literally changing the online travel world. Great office environment. Lots of minor perks - free cereal, fruit, pop.

      Cons

      Things happen too fast for communication to make it to everyone. The compensation is top heavy, and there's no stock plan for the rank and file. There's an atmosphere of political correctness. For example, the company supports gay and environmental causes.
