      Management is great. Objectives are hard but Smart ( specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time based). Depending on line manager flexibility is good too.

      Cons

      You have a lot on your shoulders... BUT is challenging too .So it depends how you want to see the glass half empty or half full . A question of view.
