      Flexibility of remote home office based positions, competitive compensation and benefits, attainable bonus structure paid quarterly, great colleagues to collaborate with.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency on direction of the company year after year, employees don't have much value to the SLT and nobody takes supplier concerns or suggestions into account.
