The management is approachable. At every level the employees are smart and engaged with the company in a way that I haven't seen at other companies.

Cons

Everyone is so driven and motivated that sometimes we tend to spend too much time in the details and not enough time on the big picture.

The culture is awesome. There is always the opportunity to learn something new and meet bright people. It's a fast-paced work environment that is continually challenging.

Cons

It's very fast-paced (which isn't necessarily a con to everyone). Time management and organization are crucial to stay on task and complete tasks as necessary.
