Family atmosphere and understanding of situations arising. Good PTO and benefits.

Very laid back. Overall great benefit package(except 401k which I'll explain later). Very good upper management/administration. When you mix two huge fields of employment, medical industry+technology, you get great job stability and security overall. Frequent company meetings focused on not only where the company and industry as a whole are heading, but also for employee recognition. A word of caution/advice: This job can be very difficult, especially if you start in technical support. You really have to earn your stripes and work very hard, but if you do that, then you options for advancement are plenty! Work hard, play hard! Speaking of play hard, in the spring and summer seasons we'll often have "meat can" Fridays, where everyone can throw down $5, and that money goes toward cookout grub for a nice Friday lunch!
