Cons

I'm proud to work at Ore and am excited to see where the company is headed. During my time here, I have seen great improvements. I would encourage the company to continue to invest in improvements such as leadership training for leads and managers. As well as continuing to work on increasing collaboration and teamwork between departments and shifts.

it is such a great work environment everyone has their goals they like to meat and as a company we all try are best to get as much done with goals in mind and have great quality of work men's ship and its over all a great company to be a part of
