Good mission and great people thwarted by unnecessary politics

Pros

The people you work with everyday are fabulous. They make this place work.

Cons

The upper level management has a bizarre obsession with politics that unfortunately trickles down heavily and the executive level leadership is completely out of touch. All of this makes honest communication very difficult.

Smart and caring coworkers. Nice diversity of people and patient population. Great opportunities for lateral transfer. Good benefits. Unionized.

Poor management support. Need free parking!
