The cons are strictly for the upper management. The CVTs, assistants, front staff were nothing but great while I was there.
Since the merge management seemed a bit scattered. There was a lot of ideas that wanted to happen but not really any plan of action. And the chain of command seemed to be a bit shaky. There were also some negative tones towards veterinary assistants, at least in my experience, where I felt my opinion didn't matter. And just overall hostility. I'm not saying this is the case for everyone who has worked there, many people I have talked to love working there. Just my experience with management involved a lot of negativity and I felt there was no room for discussion on anything or reassurance. Just "this is how it is because I said so". I found there were no explanations given or examples.
