      Pros

      Orion is a great company with good culture to work on. It is especially good for desi because they give bench pay.

      Cons

      it is typically a desi company however far better than the other desi consultancy.

      Pros

      1. Very friendly and efficient recruitment, marketing team. 2. Easily approachable managers. 3. Highly competitive salaries and on-time payment. 4. Hassle-free H1B transfer and GC process. I really liked their immigration team. 5. Helped me find projects in the location of my interest. 6. Flexible on leaves. Very good benefits. 7. Has a very good HR team. As compared to many big MNCs, I really liked this company.

      Cons

      Their client base is good in East and West coast areas. Only one downside is that, they do not have much of direct clients in Central region, where I was primarily looking for opportunities.
