At any given time, there are a large number of active projects running and rest assured one will always be engaged. -Build your own career path: If you have the energy and willingness, you can go far in this company. Being a mid sized company, one gets to wear different hats and then choose to pursue their strengths in a particular role. There are common instances of individuals switching from their original role to a different one and resulting in success.
