Ambiance is great, Pleasant working environment.

Cons

Recruiting candidates from a different technology apart from the technology used in the company and placing them in bench by telling that will be soon placed into project . Poor/Easy Interview process that they take into account only the experience of the candidate without testing their strength in technology. Imbalanced Project Teams Poor work life balance Too much politics and drama inside the office
