Offices overseas so collaboration is a possibility.

Cons

The HR management caters entirely to the interest of the company. Orion is not a company that cares about its employees career growth or rewarding them for their work.

Salary on time. Good colleagues.

Cons

What Cons? Orion is planning to shutdown it's Mumbai operations. The hiring has slowed down, no projects. People will be slowly churned out. An impression will be given to the employees that company will need developers, project managers, hr admins, recruiters but whole operations are going to be shifted to Kochi. So just don't join.
