Pros
Nice building in Woodcliff Lake, many colleagues are experienced and smart. If someone is underperforming they often (not always) try to give the person another chance rather than firing immediately. Year end parties are good. Good events and celebrations around Diwali and other Indian holidays.
Cons
Very high turnover and for a good reason... There is a lots of pressure and the culture of dealing with emergencies and band aid type solutions rather than planning ahead. At the same time there are no rewards, no promotions, no salary raises, no bonuses, no acknowledgement and no appreciation no matter how hard someone works (with very rare exceptions perhaps). Tremendous bureaucracy with lots of approvals required for every little thing.
