1. On time pay 2. Good HR 3. Immigration matters 4. Stable job 5. Growing Company

1. Lowest pay in the market 2. Not suitable for freshers or candidates below 3 years of exp as they move these people into different roles like QA/build engineer/Support etc....which will not give any scope for you to become a good manager/architect/developer etc. 3. Managers always keep sub-ordinates to a "safe" distance so they fear to ask them any favors like salary appraisals, moving into right technology etc. (There are many many people in KPMG project like this)

Getting experience on different things and exposure to various technology Salary is usually on time

Cons

Not a very good company environment. The office doesnot look quite interesting and also the facilities are poor for the employees. Salaries and appraisal can sometimes be partial and would not be satisfactory and hence discouraging you to put extra effort

This place has lot of potential for growth and it gave me an opportunity to constantly improve my skills in many new technologies. This company is continuously growing and also took over many other companies in the recent past. Very friendly and supportive Senior Management. Very dynamic work environment Salary always on time Growing company
