I joined Orion as one among first 40 employees in Kochi as a software developer . Now when i look back , i feel so proud about the career growth which Orion Provided . The company grew in front of my eyes from 40 to 400 in just three years . Can't believe !!! . I would proudly say Orion is one of the best technology company to work with . Orion provides the best amenities to work . You will have the freedom to play with the latest and greatest software utilities , which you barely get in many MNC's . Once again thanks Orion for the great opportunity and I strongly recommend Orion to my friends and family

Cons

Choose Orion as your company only if you really want to do some thing different in your career . So far i know there is no place for slackers in this company .

I have been working with the company from the last 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I have seen the company grow from just 30 employees to close to 400 employees now. Its really a proud factor to work in one of the fastest growing companies. i am thankful to the management and the company to give me an opportunity to work with this esteemed company. Nice co-workers. Room to grow. Nice to be able to do what I wanted to do. People culture is nice since it's not your typical American company.

Cons

They took out the drinking water machine out of the kitchen and replaced with a water filter on the sink that constantly needs to get replaced everyday and it doesn't. Also, no real sponges and dish soap at the sink.
