Empty headed top management,leaders are not finding leaders Not much very good resources to drive them to bigger level.Orion can't find resources Typical Indian attitude workers.NO ETHICS Try to gain knowledge in finding a work around, cheat ,manipulate. Never learnt to admit mistakes and improve from that

Depending on the project, hours can be excessive superficial interviewing. Hire people without a good understanding of the skills that are critical to success, especially with support and non development positions
