Pros

You wont have to live much you will die very soon working for them so less troubles in life

Cons

So many that this would take a whole lot than a day to fill First of all they dont care you live or die they just want you to work as machines The company provides team lunch to a team of 30-50 as 500rs per head even though they make a prpfit of more than lakhs and employees have to chip in the rest of team lunch. The employees think thats all they deserve and are so afraid of the management that they dont even raise a voice against the work load and the injustice done to them on the perks they are supposed to get after such hard work. The only reason people are stuck there is becoz of their 3 month notice period. I feel pity for them. I hope you guys realise the truth and run away from there if you want a better life And the work part is even worse you are not supposed to write better code because they dont want to break their years old traditional code. All they want is you to copy paste the old code and follow the same traditions and the irony is at the end of the project they get aftereffects as low performance in there apps and they want to fix it then when the whole coding is over. The Hr is the worst in this company all they do is roam around and go outside to have tea and chat with their buddies. I wanted to give 0 stars but there is not option for that unfortunately

Pros

As a developer an employee can consider working in this company as a learning experience. Each resource whether QA/Dev has the opportunity to learning about SQL queries, backend coding etc.

Cons

As a QA, an employee has the most faintest chance of leaving this company because the company has a solid 3 month notice period for which no other company waits. The work life balance is very poor. The HR team is there just for name sake. All decisions regarding an employee are taken by the Managers. The company says that its only 8 hours inside office, but by the time you are done screwed, it will be at-least 12 hours in office. In most of the projects during build days, employees(especially QA) are required to sit in office for more than 24 hours and also asked to work on weekends. No tools available for self growth. None of the automation/performance testing application like QTP, Selenium, Jay Meter, Load Runner, Lisa etc are being used here. Only an internal tool is available.

Pros

On time salary, annual appraisal and we will get enough trainings and learning opportunities.

Cons

Work life balance is the major concern for me to resign. During pandemic they offered work from home, but there is no limit for the working hrs. Usually 14-16hrs works they will call even in late night and early mornings. No additional charges, bonus or nothing for additional effort. Usually most of the Saturdays are working during release Sunday as well. Seriously they are not considering us as Human, for them their employees and machines are same. And useless HR department and managers
