Pros

- the work environment is good. - great management - several areas to grow your career, more hand on experience - great team mates and not to mention people not getting into other people business

Cons

- relatively lower on salaries as compared to other equivalent places - CEO can sometimes overstep on the employee especially when things not working fine.

Pros

Close to home, decent health benefits.

Cons

Micromanagement by owner/boss, account for every minute of time, forced unpaid overtime, low pay. The offices are small and have 2-3 workers crammed in each one. There are constant threats of firing for minor offenses (like going out the "wrong" exit or using your personal phone). Training consisted mainly of watching outdated product demos for approx. 14 hours.
