Being a small company, it's easy to access management without going through a lot of hops. Do cook out - the Admin side throw's surprise baby showers, wedding showers, birthday cake for employees. The once a year company anniversary party - the company's pays all foods, bowling and closed the office for a day so employees can just hang out. they do same thing on Holidays, a big office party - just hang out and the Dirty Santa on Christmas party is the hilarious part.

To understand any work environment is to understand life it comes with its ups and its downs. I have to say that I've work for the best people I have ever met my entire work career, all too often we as people take things for granted like our jobs we want things in life but never willing to work for it. I will have to say the pros are as follow, the best people to work for. The best group of people to work with, insurance is great, they make sure that they take care of there employees. It’s a since of family hear, you can see it and feel it. I am blessed to have known such people. I pray for them God has truly blessed them.
