Short work days and not having to deal with office or lazy management all the time

Cons

Lazy management. Bold face lies they tell just to make u happy in the moment.

company car, phone, ipad, uniforms (although what they do not tell you is that they charge you every month for the equipment usage)

Cons

seasonal income. Flooded sales floor mentality. Extremely high turn over for sales. if you are good at generating your own leads in high income areas, then sell something more lucrative than pest control. $30-$40 commission on a pc sale involving 2-3 hours of work ( driving, inspection, selling) and if the customer cancels service a month later they will take back the commission.
