Pros

We are in the business of helping people! I enjoy and take a lot of pride in the fact that we protect people and their homes. I have worked for two different region mangers in my year at Orkin, both of which are great leaders that care for our customers and our employees, and are very passionate about making sure we deliver raving fan service.

Cons

We work hard! Which to me is a good thing. Depending on the job you will be required to go under homes which is not for everyone.

They pay on commission, do not let them lie to you, they will feed you “extra services” which you didn’t get paid for and make you work for free. That’s their big thing, they try to make everything sound so great and they will “hook you up” don’t let them fool yoi
