      Pros

      Orkin is a good company to work for. The training program is top notch. The pay compensation is some of the best in the industry. Upper management while remote at times listens to the employees and acts if possible to requests.

      Cons

      Company is a little old fashioned and can be slow to implement new ideas. Being "on call" means you are expected to answer your phone 24/7 and this is based primarily on seniority so if you are low man on the totem poll you are never rely off from work.

      Great team atmosphere ,good pay and benefits..

      Cons

      No work-life balance ,expected to work 12-14 hours a day…branch always short-handed due to technician turnover

      Pros

      You are your own manager. Work truck you take home but pay for monthly. Soldier in the war against buglys.

      Cons

      1.after already working 50+hours they have the technicians come in Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm just to make phone calls to collect on unpaid accounts. AND they do not get paid for it because pay is based off commission!!!!???
