Pros

Stable, fun, rewarding, training. Regional manager Mr. Offutt is awesome. But he can only do so much.

Cons

They like to hire out of the industry. Military is great but we've worked hard in the industry for a long time. To get passed over cause you do a great at this level they don't want to lose that position so you don't get promoted.
